A few of you have expressed anxiety about writing blogs. At least one of you has flat out told me writing a blog is gay. Lucky for you, I don't frighten easily.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
First, you can write about whatever you want.
Second, every entry should be thoughtful. Keep in mind that thoughtful does not necessarily mean personal.
Third, thoughtful also does not mean "I don't know what to write..." or anything like that.
Please do the following:
1. Add a link to my blog on the side of your blog. You can do this in the layout tab.
2. Go to my blog and make a thoughtful comment on any entry.
3. Post a thoughtful entry on your blog. In case you're having trouble with a topic, consider writing about your favorite movie or your favorite band. Other possibilities: war in Iraq, school, upcoming elections, graduation, college, etc.
